Pete Blackshaw, whose professional background encompasses public policy, digital marketing, and brand management, is the new Global Head of Digital Marketing and Social Media for Nestle, S.A., based in Switzerland. Nestle is the world’s leading nutrition, health and wellness company. Most recently, Pete served as former CMO of NM Incite, a recent joint venture between Nielsen and McKinsey centering around enterprise social media strategy and insights. He is author of a recent book by Doubleday entitled “Satisfied Customers Tell Three Friends, Angry Customers Tell 3000: Running a Business in Today’s Consumer-Driven World,” and writes a regular column in Advertising Age centered around the book’s themes. Pete founded PlanetFeedback.com, co-founded the Word-of-Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA), and served as Chairman of the Board of the National Council of Better Business Bureau and a member of the National Advertising Review Council. He’s a 2010 Grand Prize winner of the “Great Minds” award from the Advertising Research Foundation. Pete is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Hubertus (Huub) Devroye is Global Director of Marketing & Demand Generation at The Dow Chemical Company. Devroye joined Dow in July 2010 and assumed his current global role in September 2012. He has extensive global B2B and B2C marketing, branding and commercial experience based on prior roles with DuPont and Sara Lee. In his seven years at DuPont, Devroye held both corporate functional leadership and business marketing leadership roles. Devroye received several awards for his innovative marketing work in B2B, and has been quoted in several marketing publications and books. Mr. Burgat has a commercial background, having graduated from IEDN and Georgia Tech (Atlanta, USA). He began his aeronautical career as Key Account Manager for Scandinavian Airlines System, then joined Airbus in 1999 as Sales Contracts Administrator responsible for Lufthansa, British Airways and Singapore Airlines.

After a six-month mission in Airbus North America in the Contracts Department, Mr.Burgat joined the Marketing Division, firstly in the A330/A340 Product Marketing group, then in the Customer Marketing Department. From 2006 until end of 2008, he was in charge of the Customer Interface Division in the Airbus Material and Logistics business unit in Hamburg, Germany.
